Only registered businesses offering loyalty/rewards programs can sign up as a Maze merchant. A merchant needs to have a reasonable customer base with a repeating purchasing pattern.
Only individuals can create customer accounts. You must use your own personal details to sign up for a customer account.
You are not allowed to use this site or any other services provided by Maze Retail to cause any damage or detriment, or for any inappropriate purposes.
Maze Retail reserves the right to remove your account, restrict or terminate your access to any part of Maze if it finds, at its sole discretion, that you pose a threat to Maze and its users or have in any way violated these terms and conditions. It also reserves the right to remove any inappropriate comments.
A transaction is an award or a redeem of points. Any compensating award or redeem action carried out in correction of a prior transaction is still counted as a transaction in its own right. Awards involving multiple products or multiple quantities of a single product are counted as multiple transactions.
Maze Retail provides a platform - Maze - for other businesses to provide their loyalty or rewards programs. It has no control over how the loyalty programs are structured and delivered. It is your responsibility to verify the specific terms and conditions of every loyalty program before joining. Maze Retail does not offer any prizes or rewards and is not responsible for any rewards or promises given by other businesses.
We reserve the right to change pricing of our products and services with a 90 day prior notice to current businesses only.
Any changes to the payment plan, including upgrades or downgrades, will only be effective from the next billing cycle.
There is a lost/stolen card replacement fee.
We do not provide any warranties relating to the use of this site.
Information and links on this site are provided 'as-is', without any warranty. This site may contain errors, faults, and may not be accurate, up-to-date or complete.
Neither Maze Retail, nor its directors, employees, agents, contractors, will be liable in relation to the use of this site, or any other site linked herein. We do not sell or disclose personal information to any third parties.
We don't store credit card data. Our secure payment gateway - eWAY - manages all credit card details.
Given the nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee that any data transmission is totally secure. You therefore transmit to this website at your own risk.
We don't have contracts or exit fees. Merchants may terminate their service at any time without incurring penalty charges. As such there are no refunds.
LITE plan restrictions
Merchants signing up to the LITE plan are limited to one store with one Maze checkout. This must be a bricks-and-mortar retail outlet that serves customers on site. Maze reserves the right to withdraw the LITE plan with a 90 day prior notice.
